Smart Home WiFi Zigbee PIR Motion Sensor - Infrared Body Detector with Voice Assistant Integration (WiFi Version)

🤖 Tuya WiFi Zigbee PIR Motion Sensor: Smart Home Human Body Infrared Detector

🤖 Enhance your home security effortlessly with the Tuya WiFi Zigbee PIR Motion Sensor. This cutting-edge device detects human movement through infrared technology, making it an ideal addition to your smart home setup. Designed to work seamlessly with Alexa and Google Home, it offers an integration experience that promotes ease and convenience.

Choose Your Connection: Zigbee vs. WiFi

🎯 The sensor is available in two versions, allowing you to select the one that best fits your smart home ecosystem:

⚡ Zigbee Version: This version utilizes the Zigbee protocol for enhanced connectivity. Please note that it does not link directly to WiFi and requires a compatible Tuya Zigbee Hub or a Tuya Multi-mode gateway for operation. Connecting with Alexa is streamlined through supported devices like the Echo 4th Generation, Echo Plus, Echo Show 10, and Echo Studio. Keep in mind that the battery is not included in the package.

📦 WiFi Version: This version connects directly to your home WiFi network on the 2.4GHz band, eliminating the need for an additional hub. Similar to the Zigbee version, it is not compatible with creating Routes on Alexa, and the battery is not included in the package.

💍 Monitoring Principles for Optimal Performance

⚡ The motion sensor operates on the principle of infrared background radiation detection. For accurate readings, it is important to install the sensor away from direct sunlight and other heat sources, as these can interfere with its functionality. The device is designed to monitor changes in background radiation and does not track the movement of radiation itself.

🔧 To minimize false alarms, the sensor features an intelligent internal logic system:

• State Detection: When the sensor perceives a transition from "no one state" to detecting an individual, it promptly triggers an alarm and transitions to "Human status." A 30-second countdown timer for "Human status" is activated during this process.
• Continuous Monitoring: If the individual remains in the detection zone, the countdown timer is reset to 30 seconds each time the sensor continues to detect motion.
• No Activity Reset: After the countdown timer ends without further detection, if the sensor remains void of movement for 10 seconds, it reverts to "no one state" and updates its status accordingly.

💍 To properly test the sensor's functionality post-installation, ensure you leave the detection area entirely for a minimum of 40 seconds before re-entering to avoid misleading readings.

🧩 Experience the blend of technology and convenience with the Tuya WiFi Zigbee PIR Motion Sensor and take the first step towards a smarter, safer home.
