Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I know about potential duties and taxes?
🔍 A: Please note that all items are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means the pricing does not include any applicable taxes or duties, which will be the buyer's responsibility to settle. It is crucial that buyers are prepared to handle the customs clearance process independently.
🧩 Q: Can you explain the functions and interfaces of the controllers?
🧩 A: The majority of controllers offered are universal models and not tailored for particular brands. Consequently, after installation, some original features of your vehicle—like the speedometer display—may not operate as intended. Many functional interfaces may require additional modifications and are not simply plug-and-play. We recommend reviewing the function lines on your original vehicle alongside the communication signals before proceeding with any modifications.
Q: What is the typical delivery timeframe for orders?
🪶 A: For in-stock controllers and motors, we can often dispatch within 24 hours. However, if the item is out of stock, delivery typically ranges from 6 to 10 working days. Please be aware that customized products may result in longer processing times.
Q: What about product warranties?
💍 A: We provide a one-year warranty for motors and controllers. Please note, however, that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs related to repairs or replacements. If you're encountering challenges, don’t hesitate to reach out—we are committed to assisting you. If you lack experience in assembling electric kits, exercise caution before purchasing, as man-made damage is not covered under warranty.
Q: How is the shipping method determined?
🌫️ A: Occasionally, the shipping options presented online may not be the most suitable. We will select the most efficient shipping method available and will communicate with you regarding any decisions made prior to shipping. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
